I am trying to donate my grandpa's books that he read because he is in the process of selling his house. My grandparents lived in Manchester,NJ. But now live in Jackson, NJ in an assisted living. I need to find a place locally that will take books and donate them to there. I tried to do an online search but could not find a place to donate them. Any suggestions?

You could first try your local library. They may want the books for their collection, or if not, most libraries sell off their used books to raise more funds. You could take the books to homeless shelters, or donate them to organizations like the Salvation Army. If there are any children's books, preschools and day cares might like them.

The ‘Got Books?’ container is in front of the school on 36 Lincoln St. Donations can be made by the public at any time. Funds raised through book donations will benefit the Class of 2009.

Books could be donated to schools, libraries, and other groups in need, sent overseas to the troops, given to teachers for classrooms, or sold in book sales and online.

The Trinity became invented 1000's of years after Christ. no remember if or no longer the Bible helps this doctrine is controversial, provided that a million) The definition of the Trinity is a secret that mere mortals are no longer expected to appreciate and a couple of) maximum Christians don't have a unified definition of this doctrine. so which you won't be in a position to declare that Mormon ideals interior the character of God contradict scripture, while scripture is so obscure on precisely what this is. And as far as Christian custom - Mormonism rejects many Christian traditions, such with the aid of fact the Trinity, predestination (which maximum church homes are backing removed from recently), bible inerrancy, etc. Stephen, while being martyred, regarded up and observed Jesus status on the perfect hand of God. That on my own particularly plenty blows the classic doctrine of the Trinity out of the water. there are various extra verses that make it very sparkling that Jesus and God are no longer the comparable being, yet are separate and distinctive. yet then, many Christians understand that they are certainly separate beings, only one God. In Mormon terminology, this suitable comparable factor is worded as "3 persons and one God-head", the place God-head is used to describe the corporate of the daddy, Son, and Holy Ghost. basically like a presidency incorporates a president and his counselors. 3 people. One presidency/God-head/God/. comparable concept. the quick answer is that the e book of Mormon does not contradict the Bible. It in basic terms contradicts what some people think of the Bible says. however the Bible does a particularly stable activity of contradicting itself, yet this is yet another subject remember fullyyt.
